I bought this product to use as a chain tool. While the other features are nice to have, I have yet to use them and will not likely do so. As a chain tool it works as it is supposed to, the reason why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the way that the tool is operated. The L-shaped Hex key is inserted into the screw on the right side of the tool and is used to loosen or tighten the pin on the bicycle chain. The problem is that the hex key slips out of the screw sometimes and makes inserting a new pin a pain. Other than that, it’s small enough for me to carry in my jersey pocket for rides.
